You can create an unlimited number of projects for the diagnosis of competency. In each of the projects, you choose games that are responsible for investigating respective spheres of competency, and then add or import a list of addresses of individuals to whom the task is directed.
When you are finished setting up all the projects and close them, the system will send a message to candidates with access to the game. You do not have to remind them of the impending end - the system does it for you.
Keep pace with the progress of candidates! In the main panel you will find information about participants who have already played. An individual report of competencies is generated, where you'll find both a general description of their abilities, as well as more detailed data describing the components of each competency. The report will also show practical tips for the prospective employer how to best use the potential of the individual, which are particularly useful in the integration of the employee to the organization. After the test, you will get a consolidated report on all the candidates, described in plain and comprehensive language.
